Increase your business efficiency and leadership skills with emotional intelligence. In this one day workshop you will learn about the importance and meaning of emotional skills in business and life. If you are striving for a leadership position, it is essential for you to grow in areas that have nothing to do with cognitive intelligence or technical skills. During the workshop you will have the chance to learn more about the development of your emotional skills and you will also have the opportunity to practice the skills that need more attention. Leading with emotional intelligence is not an option but the door opener to lasting success and happiness.
I am a certified coach and offer leadership training for women using the EQi assessment program developed by MHS (Multi Health Systems)
Costs: For a group of 8 persons or less it is $200 per person incl. assessment and personal report. For a group of more than 8 persons it is $175 per person incl. assessment and personal report.
Prior to the workshop, every participant will take the EQi assessment and receives a full report with the individual results.
